Leck Shannon is a program officer in the area of health care for the Charles Koch Institute where he guides health care grants and initiatives.

Prior to joining CKI, Shannon led the health care program at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, which has played a significant role in shaping many federal and state health-reform efforts. He also was involved with a health care analytics startup that grew to be a leading firm in the industry. Leck received a master’s degree in public policy from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
